Nutritional supplements are very important for nutritional balance.  Supplements are able to support nutritional deficiencies effectively.

During your consultations, I may advise certain nutritional supplements such as probiotics, antioxidants or digestive enzymes or natural anti-microbials, to support your personal nutrition programme and goals. I may also recommend specific nutrition tests to support your body.

You may be taking nutritional supplements that are not suitable for you, for example, for your digestion.  You may be buying supplements that do not have the necessary amount of live ingredients or supplements that are ‘bulked up’ with unnecessary synthetic bulking agents.

Should I recommend nutritional supplements for you, I will -

  • Order the supplements on your behalf from my trusted supplement supplier at a discounted rate and e-mail your shopping cart for you to process

  • The supplements will be despatched to you in the post

  • If you are travelling and wish to order your supplements yourself, I will send you all the relevant details so you can set up an online account with my suppliers

  • Please follow the dosage I have indicated on your Nutrition Plan
